A 3-piece modular bolt together bumper, the FBFF2-02 is constructed from laser cut and machine bent plated steel, that includes gusseted supports in the high stress areas, then is all robotically welded to the exact factory specifications producing a solid bumper that is strong and rigid and enhancing to the vehicle. Protecting the steel is a multi stage black textured powder coat that includes additives to help prevent corrosion as well as aid in UV and scratch resistance. Included amenities are a winch mounting plate capable of supporting a 12,000 lb.

Recovery winch, two robotically welded recovery points with steel D-rings attached and 4 flush mount led lights (2 for each side wing, wiring harness not included) to increase your field of vision on the trials or in the dunes. Installation is right to the factory mounts with minor assembly required, and the directions can be downloaded from the mfg. Manufactured utilizing precision cut and machine bent plated steel with strategic joints reinforced and gusseted for superior strength, durability, and stability. Protected in a multi-stage powder coat process that includes additives to prevent corrosion and aid in UV and scratch resistance to keep a nice textured finish&#######xA0.
