We are a real business with real physical location with real products in inventory. When will I receive the item? I can't find installation instructions in my package. The instructions are inside a clear plastic pouch attached to the outside of the box. If the product comes in two boxes, the plastic pouch is attached to the bracket box.

My Grill Guard / Bull Bar / Running Board is crooked / not aligned, how can I fix this? Our products have been made to be adjustable. Make sure to install all of the brackets loosely to the frame of the vehicle before attaching the grill guard or bull bar. Once the grill guard / bull bar is attached to the mounting brackets, move the grill guard so that it is centered and at the height you want. Once it has been adjusted to your liking, tighten all the bolts.

Note: Installing our products is much easier with two people since one person can hold the grill guard or bull bar while the other person tightens the bolts. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to mount the brackets or install the Grill Guard / Bull Bar / Running Boards. Since we cannot see the problem, please take photos of the following: 1.

We use carbon steel for our black powder coated products and 304 stainless steel for our stainless products. For our running boards, we use 6010 automotive grade aluminum.

Can I use auxiliary lights with my bull bar / grill guard? Yes, our grill guards and bull bars come with pre-drilled holes / and or brackets to install auxiliary lights. Our grill guards have a 10" clearing for lights and our bull bars have a 6" clearing for lights. Up to 6 lights will fit, however it depends on the design of the light.

Our bull bars come with predrilled holes or license plate mounts included. What kind of black powder coating do you use? Our black guards are coated with a durable automotive grade 5-stage urethane powder coating. It is UV resistant and will NOT fade into a chalkboard like surface like other brands.

We also powder coat the inside surface of our bull bar for longevity and durability. Our black powder coating has a semi-gloss look to it.
