Hitch-Mount Scooter Carrier Universal Fit for SC V2 Racks Swing Away Steel Black. Fit for low-to-ground vehicle hitch tubes. Compatible only with the SC-400-V2 or SC-500-V3 carriers. The carrier must be unloaded for proper Swing Away operation. Measures: 35" x 10" x 10 overall. 1 X Set of Mounting Brackets. Hardware as Shown in the Picture Above. High-quality Materials--Heavy duty steel, construction with a black paint finish. Allows the SC400-V2 or SC500-V3 mobility carrier to swing away from a vehicle for rear hatch or trunk access.
